Lambda Robotics builds autonomous systems for physical infrastructure. As an AI Researcher, you'll push the frontier of perception, planning, and learning for robots operating in unstructured, real-world environments.
What you'll do
- Research and develop AI algorithms for robot perception, planning, and decision-making.
- Translate research ideas into systems that run on real hardware in the field.
- Collaborate closely with controls and systems engineers to close the sim-to-real gap.
- Contribute to the team's technical direction and publish where appropriate.
What we're looking for
- Strong background in machine learning, reinforcement learning, world models, or related areas.
- Track record of taking research from idea to working system, not just papers.
- Comfort working with physical hardware and real-world data.
- Ability to work independently and move fast in a small team.
