Lambda Robotics builds autonomous systems for physical infrastructure. As a Controls Engineer, you'll design and implement the feedback loops that let our hardware operate reliably in unstructured, real-world environments — not simulations.
What you'll do
- Design, model, and tune control systems for autonomous mobile platforms.
- Develop state estimation and sensor fusion pipelines running on embedded hardware.
- Work directly with mechanical and electrical engineering to close the loop from hardware to software.
- Debug control behavior in the field, not just on the bench.
What we're looking for
- Strong fundamentals in classical and modern control theory.
- Experience with real-time embedded systems (C/C++) and ROS or similar middleware.
- Comfort working with hardware-in-the-loop and physical prototypes, not just simulation.
- Bias toward shipping and iterating in the field.
